Der Sinn des Konzepts Eigenzeit beschränkt sich aber doch auf zeitartige Geodäten. Wikipedia schreibt dazu: "In relativity, proper time along a timelike world line is defined as the time as measured by a clock following that line."
Man kann das Integral hinschreiben, aber welchen Sinn macht das, wenn es das Ruhesystem des Photons nicht gibt? Die Anwendbarkeit setzt m.E. ein solches voraus.
